	You Might Actually Be Mad! "Chas, I told you a long time ago that 'Mad' was an appropriate add-on for your name. In fact you may wish to consider leaving out the Chas bit. Any sane businessman knows that the money charged for goods or services should at least match the value of those goods or services. I have been online for a few years now and have been a member of many such 'clubs' (I'm talking about well known names) and in each case problems developed and the support was rubbish. What's more I was paying between $47 and £297 for what was purported to be much the same thing as you offer. Even at that price I thought it would be worth it given that at least I could have a presence on the internet quickly without having to learn html and all that stuff. Wrong.....the sites were horrible....the articles were written by a little boy/girl from the far east right after his/her English lesson....the support was worse....Sooooo many files to edit and no help when it went wrong....in fact on one occasion I was told that if I didn't understand what to do, I shouldn't be a member. I could go on but.....if they didn't want to help newbies I decided to look elsewhere. (They've since written to me and other members who left them, offering the world). There was I, stuck with a lot of rubbish sites and.......How does the song go?......"and then I found you".......great sites, well designed headers, quality articles (which I edit a little and also the title) but the most important thing is......the support. Absolutely super....thanks. Well.....my only concern now is that it probably won't be too long before you're certified and taken away by the guys with the white coats. Then what will happen to me? Even if they don't get you, I imagine starvation will. How can you possibly survive on the money you charge? Up until recently it was taking me between one and two days to get your stuff finished and uploaded. Now....since the arrival of this new manual, I'm done in a few hours and that includes the headers that I edit in Photoshop. A great book and believe me, I've paid thousands over the years for stuff that doesn't compare. The attention to detail is amazing....well done. But the most important thing is......the support.
